this morning. so as we look out from our east bay camera out over the bay, concord, livermore, out by the delta and up in the north bay, you are at or below freezing. 40s downtown. we will talk about how warm it will get today. yes, that spring-like feel to the air, that's all ahead in the seven-day outlook. >> thank you, ms. argen. also next, bill murray entertaining fans with his wing and his antics. mike shumann has the third-round highlights of the >> what they are dealing with on the east coast is of historic nature. here we are just roll along, a lot of fun. >> that's right. temperatures will increase along the eastern seaboard in the days ahead. snow will be gone. we are looking at warmer temperatures here where numbers will be well above average. but this morning, boy, is it cold out there. we are talking about a beautiful start to the day, though, despite the freezing temperatures. 7:05 is the official sunrise, setting at 5:44. that's ten hours and 39 minutes of daylight. still the cold, mortgagerly flow is gripping the bay area and that's allowing for the colder dewpoint.

bay from livermore, 31. 35 in concord and just as cool as we were yesterday in san jose at 36. 34 in los gatos. 34 on the coast, though around half moon bay and 32 in watsonville. this morning the big changes come in the north bay as much as 11 degrees colder in napa. and by the delta. elsewhere, san francisco and oakland, certainly cooler. we are looking at some changes tonight as our winds pick up. we will get into an offshore flow. so perhaps some of these colder readings will be offset and we will see some warmer temperatures tonight. but overall we are going to stick with these chilly evenings and the warmer, sunnier days. cold temperatures and the frost as you head on out this morning and we will look for a sunny day today with the winds increasing. the hills in the north and east bay by the late afternoon. the evening hours. and that will allow for some pretty gusty winds but we are looking at our warming trend continuing on track right through the middle of the week. cold, high pressure and the northerly flow continues today and that's allowing for the cold start. the pres

at 42. san jose, 34. still 30s, lower 30s out toward concord and fairfield. high pressure continues to build offshore. as a result, the storm track heads way up to our north. of course we had the rain showers on thursday into early friday morning. look what happens. this high builds in and a dry week ahead. no rainfall chances in our forecast at all. lots of sunshine and temperatures do go up a few degrees each day, for sunday, monday, tuesday and into wednesday. here is our forecast model. clear skies for your sunday. we'll take this into your monday. same deal with mostly sunny conditions. maybe a patch or two of fog first thing for the morning hours for monday morning and for tuesday morning. as for the readings tomorrow, look at all the readings back up into the upper 50s. even talking about low 60s toward santa rosa and napa. downtown san francisco, just beautiful, in the upper 50s, 59. we could have a bit of a breeze out there, especially in the hills for the morning hours. winds approaching 20 miles an hour. san jose, upper 50s and lower 60s out toward morgan hill and gilroy.

back in through blackhawk, all the way in towards concord. 36 in san jose. overnight, 30's will be common around the peninsula. look at the traffic heading into the city of san francisco from oakland, on the bay bridge. we we have clear skies. overnight, the patchy frost develops. tomorrow, waking up with the frost. during the daytime hours, a more seasonal day as far as our highs are concerned. this is the area of low pressure that brought us snow yesterday. it's out of here. high pressure quickly filling in. it's sitting pretty for the next seven full days. i'm not looking at any kind of precipitation until about february 21 to the 22nd. otherwise, here's a comparison. where we stand as far as precipitation, there you have last year's anemic numbers. so we're not doing too bad at all, especially in santa rosa. but these numbers dwindle very rapidly without the rainfall. heading to the beach, 60 in santa cruz. that rip current risk remains on the high side. keep that in mind. 50's, 60's across the central valley. towards monterey bay and pebble beach, in the mid 50's. it will be 6
